Summary: Great location with outstanding support, advice and information from the owner/manager. Nothing was too much trouble. Property is a great size for 4 to 6 people with a very nice terrace overlooking the marina.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much and apartment was very good. Plenty of nearby amenities, clean and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and despite dreadful weather we had a great stay. My only concern was regarding communication. I had to ask for the access information just before we left to be sent to me and they then provided the wrong key safe access code which was a little frustrating at the end of a long day travelling. It was sorted immediately once we spoke to the concierge. There was no house manual covering basic issues like accessing waste disposal etc. Again we asked and the manager information texted to us this. Otherwise it was really good and would recommend this appartment. The 80th D Day celebrations were in full swing when we arrived and continued throughout our stay. We also saw the Olympic flame for Paris 2024 pass by - despite the thunderstorm and gale force winds. Both wonderful spectacles.

Summary: Fantastic location, close to Cabourg and the beach.Really lovely area with lots to do, great choice of restaurants and shops. Dives sur mer was very peaceful and lovely to while away the evening on the balcony overlooking the port. Will definitely return.

Summary: We were 2 ladies enjoying a relaxing break. The flat is ideal for this. We travelled to neighbouring towns each day by car. Parking on site is easy. It was a shock not to have towels and tea towels. I had already asked about sheets. When I rented via VRBO in Scotland this was all included. We enjoyed very good weather which was a big plus. Restaurants nearby.

Summary: We enjoyed our family holiday with two teenage sons in Dives-sur-mer very much. The view from the terrace of the appartement to the marina was wonderful and we loved watching the boats going up and down with the tide and people getting ready for sailing while had morning coffee. The appartement is well equipped and everything you need near by. We went to Omaha Beach, Honfleur, Caen ect.

Summary: The apartment is very clean and tidy, with really beautiful items inside. It was a perfect 6 day holiday for us all. Mr Strobbe who looked after us was extremely kind, professional and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, and more, they have thought of everything to ensure a perfect holiday. We will be returning again very soon.

Summary: A really nice loft on a great location. Well equiped, clean, good beds, nice bathrooms. Perfect for 6. Also really prepared for 6 persons. Enough comfortable places on the couch, enough plates etc. A big boiler so you all can shower without running out of hot water. Really a good place to stay!

Summary: We spent one week in this lovely and spacious apartment. It is very well equipped. There were basic food and ingredients left by the previous tenants which was very useful on our first day..to be replaced of course.. The private terasse with comfortable chairs and big table from which you could enjoy the view of the Marina is really an asset to this place. A great number of restaurants and take away places near by not to mention the local colourful markets. 20 minutes walk to Cabourg and it's beautiful promenade. 30 minutes from Caen if you come from the UK on the ferry. Summary: My view on our stay at the apartment is coloured by the fact that the weather was atrocious for most of our 4 night/5 day stay. While the apartment is very well equipped its shortcomings are highlighted if you need to stay indoors due to inclement weather. The sofa is very uncomfortable and completely out of place in the apartment. The main living room is a long and relatively narrow oblong and the sofa is a crescent shaped, 1980's leather monstrosity, which does not provide comfortable seating. This definitely needs replacing. The long dining table is excellent but the heavy benches make it difficult to sit comfortably at the table. Individual chairs would be much better. The sleeping arrangements are ok but the downstairs sleeping area does not provide any privacy, which could easily be addressed by installing a full width curtain, which could be drawn across at night. For those fond of a cup of tea I would advise that you take your own kettle, because the comprehensive array of kitchen and dining utensils is lacking this essential piece of kit. The apartment is well located for exploring the coast from Honfluer to Arromanches. If you are blessed with fine weather you will be spoiled by the magnificent beaches at Cabourg and Houlgate. You can easily do the D Day beaches and be back to Dives for dinner. Overall a good experience somewhat spoiled by the weather and the fact that a lot of this part of France seemed to be closed during our stay!!!
